Track Your Order

We make it easy to know where your order is at every stage.

1. Log in to your Neri.ng account.
2. Click My Account.
3. Select Orders or Order History.
4. Find the order you want to track.
5. Click View or Track Order to see the latest status.

Option 2: Track Using Your Order Number

If you checked out as a guest or cannot access your account:

1. Go to the Track Order page.
2. Enter your Order Number.
3. Enter the email address or phone number used when placing the order.
4. Click Track Order to view your order status.

Understanding Your Order Status

• Order Received – Your order has been successfully placed.
• Payment Confirmed – Your payment has been verified.
• Processing – Your order is being prepared.
• Packed – Your items have been packed and are ready for dispatch.
• Out for Delivery – A dispatch rider is delivering your order.
• Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.
• Cancelled – The order has been cancelled.
• Returned – The order has been returned according to our Returns Policy.
